Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

SECTION 2 - Fabric Authenticity & Quality Assurance

Barakah Divine takes reasonable care to ensure that the fabrics used in its products are accurately described and sourced in accordance with stated specifications. All materials are procured from verified suppliers who certify that the fabrics provided are 100% natural in composition.

While Barakah Divine conducts internal quality control checks and exercises due diligence in supplier verification, fabric characteristics such as texture, weave, color variation, and finish may vary due to the handcrafted and natural nature of the materials used. Such variations are inherent to artisanal and handwoven products and do not constitute defects.

Except as expressly stated herein, Barakah Divine makes no additional warranties, express or implied, regarding fabric performance, longevity, or suitability for any particular purpose. Any guarantees provided by fabric suppliers remain subject to the terms and limitations set by such suppliers.

SECTION 3 - Cancellation by Barakah Divine or Customer

Please note that there may be circumstances in which we are unable to process or fulfil an order and must cancel it. Barakah Divine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, limited product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our credit, risk, or fraud prevention processes.

We may also require additional information or verification prior to accepting or processing an order. If an order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if additional information is required to proceed, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Barakah Divine follows a strict no-refund policy and offers exchanges only, subject to our Exchange Terms. In the event of an order cancellation by the customer, a cancellation and handling fee of ₹150 shall be levied. Upon such cancellation, the order shall be deemed cancelled and returned to origin.

SECTION 4-  Limitation of Liability

Barakah Divine’s liability for any short delivery or defective goods is subject to the submission of a written claim within 24 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Shipping and Exchange Terms. Such claims must include the invoice number, Order ID, registered contact number, and full details of the issue.

Barakah Divine shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including loss of profits) arising from delays or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, strikes, labor disputes, power or equipment failures, governmental actions, or events classified as force majeure.

You further acknowledge and agree that Barakah Divine, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, whether arising from the use of this website or from the purchase, sale, or supply of products or services associated with it, even if Barakah Divine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

SECTION 5 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the Service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the Service at any time, without notice to you.
