We strive to ship your order within 3 days of the order being placed. We offer exchanges only after conducting a thorough quality check.

We do not offer exchanges on handwoven hijabs due to the delicacy of the product

EXCHANGE POLICY

Barakah.divine has the authority to decline a exchange if the item does not conform to its exchange policy. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. We assure the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your item exhibits flaws in workmanship or materials, please reach out to our Customer Care team promptly. You are entitled to a exchange for all shipments that arrive in a damaged condition, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the opening video. To initiate the exchange of the damaged item, please follow the provided exchange Instructions. We will always accept the item for assessment. If it is confirmed as faulty, we will exchange the product for you.

Exchange instructions

It is important to ensure that your package is securely packed in its original packaging, that any previous shipping labels are not removed or covered, and that the package is properly sealed and ready for pickup. Once the return parcel is picked up, a further 5-7 days are required for the  product(s) to reach us. Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, pick up will be cancelled. Once we receive the said item, we will initiate the  check and validation process. Upon approval of the said item, we will notify you via whatsapp, and your refund will be processed within 7-12 working days. If your exchange is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will get in touch with you.
